Oneblink Terms of Service
Effective: 13 October 2026
Last changed: 13 October 2026
1. Who provides the service
Oneblink is provided by PT Wasa Adinata Sangkara, at Taman Pegangsaan Indah G-1/33, RT 003 RW 019, Pegangsaan Dua, Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara 14250, Indonesia. In these terms, "we" means that provider, and "you" means the account owner using Oneblink.
2. Who may use it
You must own or be authorised to manage the Instagram professional account you connect. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. One person or organisation may hold more than one workspace.
3. Your obligations
- Follow Meta's Platform Terms and the Instagram Community Guidelines. Oneblink acts on your behalf; what it sends is attributed to you.
- Only message people who started the conversation, within the windows Meta allows. Oneblink enforces this, and you must not try to work around it.
- Do not use Oneblink to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing content.
- Collect consent honestly. Do not use the marketing consent box for something the person did not agree to.
- Keep your login credentials safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
4. Limits of the service
This is an early release. Specifically:
- No uptime commitment is made.
- Some numbers are not measured yet and are labelled as such rather than shown as zero.
- Delivery of a message to Instagram means Instagram accepted the request, not that a person read it.
- Features may change, and a feature may be removed with notice.
5. Data
How we handle data is set out in the Privacy Policy at app.oneblink.app/privacy. You remain responsible for the data of visitors you collect through your pages and conversations.
6. Ending the account
By you. You can stop at any time: disconnect Instagram, then request account and data deletion using the instructions at app.oneblink.app/data-deletion.
By us. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, breaks Meta's rules, or puts the service or other users at risk. Where practical we will tell you first.
After ending. Application access stops, automations stop running, and your public pages stop being served. Data deletion follows app.oneblink.app/data-deletion.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first addressed by discussion; if unresolved, they are settled in the competent court in Indonesia, at the seat of the provider.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost data arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
